Living Life in 21-Day Challenges – dream21 ✨
Hey there {{ first_name }},
I’m starting a series of 21-day challenges for ambitious women who want to build a life they love, in every dimension. 🌟 Go from feeling overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted to having balance, energy and joy while making progress on your dreams. There’ll be weekly live calls with me and a monthly themed 21-day challenge which I’ll be doing right alongside you. It’s called dream21 and is a huge passion project for me. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, I’m opening up a few spots for Founding Members to join at a special lifetime rate - click here for more info. Our first challenge starts in less than a week. I hope to see you inside dream21!

Anyways, it’s been a while since I’ve written to you – hi, I’m back!
It’s coming up to that time of year, as we approach Q4 and the final 3 months of the year, when we often find ourselves thinking back to the start of the year and all the big dreams and goals we’d set. Go to the gym 3x per week. Improve sleep quality. Post consistently on YouTube. Scale the business. Create a rock-solid finances system.
So many times I’ve gotten on track to a goal and then fallen off, and then gotten back on track again before falling off again… and the cycle continues. Contrary to what my younger self might have thought about that, I genuinely don’t feel bad about falling off and restarting goals anymore. I now know and trust that this is the natural unfolding of life. Much like the YouTube algorithm or my 1-year-old baby’s mood swings, there are ebbs and flows, ups and downs, all part of the rollercoaster ride. I’ve learned that progress isn’t linear, instead it’s about trusting the systems that you’ve designed, maintaining them, and being kind to yourself every step of the way.
But one thing that I still feel is a sense of rushing everything. A feeling of “there’s too much to do and not enough time”. The to-do list is never finished, and so even when I’m resting there’s a chatty subroutine in my brain that keeps reminding me of my remaining to-dos (sometimes in the middle of the night too, how thoughtful and hard working of it! 🙃).
And with about a dozen different areas of life that I’d like to work on, this often means that the less urgent, but still very important areas can get neglected and fall to the bottom of the list. The things that actually contribute to a life well-lived. Things that are part of my dream life, but will never happen unless I protect the space for them to happen.
So, I’m doing something about it. I’m starting a series of 21-day challenges for ambitious women to come together in community and build lives we love in every dimension. Each month, we will focus on one one key dimension of creating a life you love. We’ll have live calls together where we set a vision for the next 21 days and follow an evidence-based approach to create a system to actually get us there. And I hope through all this, we can become Unhurried Women - focused, ambitious and making progress, while also feeling joy, calm, balance and fulfilment.
There are a few special things about what we’re doing in dream21 and our approach is evidence-based. Here are the things we’re doing and why we’re doing them.
- We have one core focus every 21 days.
- We reduce goal dilution by focusing on just one goal at a time instead of several → increases likelihood of goal achievement.
- We reduce goal overwhelm so that we feel more clarity, balance and energy.
- We are committing to a vision and writing down our ideal end state with a clear timeline
- We’re setting implementation-intentions → increases likelihood of goal achievement.
- We have a community of like-minded women doing the exact same thing together
- Sharing your goal with friends working on a similar goal for accountability → increases likelihood of goal achievement.
- (And it’s also way more fun!)
- We provide challenge materials including templates, journalling prompts, guided exercises
- Reduce friction before action, to reduce the activation energy needed to take the next step.
- The daily time commitment will be <10 minutes per day to build your dream life, step by step
- Practical and realistic to fit into your already busy life.
So if you’re interested in joining, I’d love to have you on board as a dream21 Founding Member. I’ll be doing the challenges right along with you and we’ll be supporting each other to build an ambitious life that we love, in every dimension. 🌟 Our first challenge starts next Monday 5th of October (or this Sunday if you're based in America) - I hope to see you there!
Love,
Izzy 💜
